From quote request to party day — here's exactly what to expect.

Request a Quote

Fill out our form with your event date, machine preference, and prize pack. We'll confirm availability and follow up within 24 hours. No commitment at this stage — just telling us your plan.

Reserve Your Date

Once we confirm availability, a 25% non-refundable deposit locks in your date. We collect it over the phone. The balance is due at delivery.

We Deliver & Set Up

We arrive on your event day, deliver the machine to your location, set it up in your chosen spot, load the prizes, and walk you through operation. Setup takes about 15 minutes. You'll need someone present at home or at your venue.

Enjoy Your Party

The machine runs in Free Play mode by default — no coins needed. Just step up and grab. Guests of all ages love it. Prefer coin-op? We can switch it to accept quarters and bills — just let us know. If the machine needs to be topped off with prizes during the event, the refill is easy — we'll show you how at setup.

We Pick It Up

We return the following morning to collect the machine. Someone must be present for pickup as well. Any unclaimed prizes are yours to keep.

What You Need to Provide

  • A clear, accessible path to the setup location
  • A standard 110V grounded (3-prong) outlet within reach of the machine
  • Approximately 12"×18" of floor space for the machine
  • An adult present for both delivery and pickup

Common Questions

By default, we set the machine to Free Play mode so guests can play without coins or tokens — just step up and grab. If you'd prefer coin-op mode, the machine also accepts quarters and paper bills. Just let us know when you book.
The machines are designed for indoor use only. We can't deliver to outdoor setups exposed to the elements.
You can cancel any time before delivery. Your 25% deposit is non-refundable. Any balance paid beyond the deposit is fully refunded. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number.
