As soon as you know your date, we recommend reaching out. There's no strict minimum — if the machine is available for your date, we'll make it work. That said, popular summer and holiday weekends fill up faster, so earlier is always better.

Not at all. You're welcome to fill the machine with your own prizes. The claw works best with small, soft items that can be loosely piled — plush toys, stuffed animals, small packaged items. Hard objects or anything too large won't work well. If you want to use our prizes, the Standard Package is recommended as the base fill.
You can cancel any time before delivery. Your 25% deposit is non-refundable. Any balance paid beyond the deposit is fully refunded. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number.
By default, we set the machine to Free Play mode so guests can play without coins or tokens — just step up and grab. If you'd prefer coin-op mode, the machine also accepts quarters and paper bills. Just let us know when you book.
The machine needs about 12"×18" of floor space and a standard 110V grounded (3-prong) outlet within reach. It's for indoor use.
The machines are designed for indoor use only. We can't deliver to outdoor setups exposed to the elements.
Yes! Each additional machine is $50 off. If you want two different themes, that's a great way to add variety to a bigger event.
We'll do our best to resolve it remotely by phone. If the machine can't be fixed quickly, we'll make it right — whether that means coming out to service it or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
No. Your rental price includes normal wear from ordinary use, including minor scuffs, light surface scratches, and routine cleaning. Substantial damage, loss, theft, missing parts, excessive cleaning, or misuse is not included and may be charged to the payment method used for the original order unless you provide another approved payment method.
A 25% deposit is collected by phone at booking. The remaining balance is due at delivery and can be paid by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
