Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable 25% deposit is collected at booking to hold your date and equipment. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellation by the customer.
2. Balance Payment
The remaining balance is due at delivery. Payment is accepted by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Delivery will not proceed if the balance cannot be collected.
3. Payment Method Authorization
I authorize Fox Valley Amusements to keep my payment method on file for this rental and to charge it for any unpaid balance, approved add-ons, substantial damage, loss, theft, missing parts, excessive cleaning, or other amounts owed under this rental agreement. I understand that normal wear from ordinary use is included in the rental price and will not be charged separately.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your booking at any time prior to delivery. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number and a clear statement that you are cancelling. Your 25% booking deposit is non-refundable. Any balance paid beyond the deposit will be refunded in full.
5. Delivery, Setup & Pickup
All rentals are delivery-only. Fox Valley Amusements delivers, sets up, and retrieves all equipment — customer pickup is not available. A delivery fee may apply and is shown at checkout.
Delivery and pickup times are coordinated with you directly prior to your event. You or a responsible adult must be present and available for both. If no one is available to accept delivery at the agreed-upon time, Fox Valley Amusements reserves the right to treat the booking as a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited. If no one is available for pickup at the scheduled time, additional charges may apply for a return trip.
You are responsible for ensuring a clear, accessible path to the setup location, adequate indoor space, and a standard 110V electrical outlet within reach of the machine.
6. Your Responsibility for the Equipment
You are responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. This includes any damage caused by guests or other individuals at your event. Please supervise the machine during your rental. Do not move, relocate, or attempt to repair the machine after setup. The machine is for indoor use only and must not be exposed to rain, moisture, or outdoor conditions unless explicitly agreed to in writing in advance.
7. Damage
Equipment is inspected and photographed before every delivery and after pickup. Your rental price includes normal wear from ordinary use, including minor scuffs, light surface scratches, and routine cleaning. Substantial damage, loss, theft, missing parts, misuse, water damage, vandalism, excessive cleaning, or damage caused by moving, opening, modifying, or tampering with the equipment is the renter's responsibility. If chargeable damage or loss occurs, Fox Valley Amusements may charge the payment method used for the original order, unless you provide another approved payment method. We will provide documentation of the chargeable damage or loss and the amount charged.
8. Cancellation by Fox Valley Amusements
In the event Fox Valley Amusements must cancel your booking due to equipment failure, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including your booking deposit. This is the full extent of our liability in such cases.
9. Limitation of Liability
Fox Valley Amusements is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property damage arising from the use of rented equipment during your event. By completing this booking, you agree to assume all responsibility for safe use of the equipment and to hold Fox Valley Amusements harmless from any claims arising from your rental.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
